The Audi Twin Cup is traditionally an equal test of technical knowledge and systematic customer orientation. In the final, even greater emphasis is placed on close and efficient cooperation between technicians and service advisors – a decisive prerequisite for perfect all-round premium service across all areas at the dealership. The joint task for the teams was to diagnose the faults competently in prepared vehicles, find optimum solutions and exhibit exemplary personal skills when interacting with customers.

The team from Audi Delhi demonstrated their perfection in service and emerged as winners in the keenly contested India finals, followed by an impressive performance by the team from Audi Hyderabad which secured second position.

“Audi Delhi demonstrated a professional and structured approach in the competition and we will support them well to ensure that Audi India is professionally represented in the Audi AG Twin Cup in 2012.This exceptional performance in such a challenging environment is truly commendable. This initiative not only rewards the participants for their excellence in service but also motivates them for the commitment they show in their day-to-day work," said Michael Perschke, Head, Audi India.

“We are very pleased with the quality of technical knowledge demonstrated. Our technical teams scored well in an Audi AG moderated framework, which means that they were evaluated on the same level as other markets internationally. This initiative helped us to elevate the technicians’ importance and role in contributing to the success of Audi in India. This recognition we believe, will be one of the pillars to support our Audi partners to motivate their talented technical staff,” said, Gerhard Pretorius, Head, After Sales Service, Audi India.
