Insurance cover

All vehicles are covered by a fully comprehensive insurance policy for all of our events.

Training vehicles

The vehicles for the training courses and tours are provided by Audi, and there will be two participants in each vehicle, unless stated otherwise.

Price information

Fuel costs (apart from brand experience events) and meals are included in the price, as well as the accommodation costs for events lasting more than one day.

Arrival by plane

The prices for our training events in Barcelona include the cost of the return flight with our authorised partners (economy class):

Accompanying persons

Please note that accommodation and meals can be arranged for an accompanying person on request, but they will be unable to actively participate in either the training event or the accompanying activities.
