Vehicle Warranty
For all new vehicles sold by Audi India – a division of Skoda Auto Volkswagen India Pvt. Ltd (Audi India), through its Authorized Dealer Network, Audi India warrants repair or replacement (at its sole discretion), any parts that are found to be bad in material and workmanship. All warranty related repairs are undertaken through Audi Authorised Dealers, within stipulated warranty period and subject to the terms and conditions of the New Vehicle Warranty.
New vehicle - against defects in manufacturer's material or workmanship.
The new vehicle warranty only applies to vehicles that are Manufactured, Imported and Distributed by Audi India.

The warranty covers any repair or replacement of component to correct a defect in manufacturer's material or workmanship. Audi India Authorised Dealer will repair the defective part or replace it with a new or remanufactured Audi Genuine part, free of charge.
Warranty covers the replacement such as filters, oil, lubricants, fluids and coolant only to the extent, the replacement part is a necessary part of warranty service, on a covered component.
All parts of an automobile are subject to wear and tear. Even during the warranty period in particular on high-mileage vehicles, repairs or replacement of few components may become necessary due to normal wear attributable to the usage of the Vehicle. Such wear do not result from defects in material or workmanship and as such are not covered by warranty. Different operations and usage conditions can lead to different pattern of wear and tear of the Vehicle components. Especially affected components include bulbs, brake discs/brake linings, brake shoes/brake drums, filters, tires and windscreen wiper blades (Excluding Ceramic brake disc, Xenon lights and LED lights) .
Vehicle warranty only covers defects attributable to bad material and workmanship and is limited to repair of replacement of such affected component only. Hence, wear and tear resulting from normal vehicle use is excluded from the warranty in accordance with the warranty terms and conditions. Further, warranty does not cover routine / periodic maintenance service.

Audi India Authorised Dealer will honor warranty against corrosion/perforation, for a period of 12 years, without mileage limitation. The warranty period begins on the date, vehicle is delivered to the original purchaser.

Two years unlimited kilometers warranty on Audi Genuine Parts and Audi Genuine Accessories.
Audi India offers 2 years unlimited kilometers warranty on Audi Genuine Parts and Audi Genuine Accessories, purchased by customers from Audi India authorized network. The warranty is provided against defects in manufacturer's material or workmanship.
