Audi India inaugurates Audi Gurugram showroom - ushers in a new era of digital retail

Showcases the Audi e-tron, Audi’s all-electric SUV


• Audi Gurugram to cater Audi India's largest market in the country, located at Trilium Avenue Sector 29, Gurugram 122016
• The new set up features Audi Digital Retail elements that transforms purchase into a seamless experience
• Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality enables complete visualization and customization at the finger tips
• 'Get in' a virtual Audi: Audi cars can be viewed realistically and with accurate details in the Virtual Reality (VR) studio

Gurugram, August 02, 2019: Audi, the German luxury car manufacturer today announced the start of full-fledged operations in Gurugram/ Delhi NCR with the inauguration of the Audi Gurugram showroom. Audi also introduced a host of tech-driven new-age solutions for customers as well as its dealer partners under its Digitalization strategy. Audi’s Digital Retail elements will be rolled out across the Audi network in the country. The showroom follows the service outlet opened earlier in the year in what is one of Audi’s largest markets in India. Audi also showcased the Audi e-tron, the first fully electric SUV from the brand with the four rings. The India-bound sporty SUV combines the space and comfort of a typical luxury class SUV with a range suitable for everyday use, catapulting the driver into a new era with the electric all-wheel drive.

Audi Gurugram is a world class showroom with a 21 car display including 14 Audi Approved: plus car display and spread across an impressive 10,500 sq. ft.. Audi has also introduced Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) elements at Audi Gurugram showroom that lets the customer experience the look and feel of the Audi car being configured. Audi also has a service facility in Gurugram spread over a total area of more than 48,000 sq. ft., the ‘Audi Service Gurugram’ facility boasts of 33 bays and houses exclusive state-of-the-art body shop facilities.

Standing still or on the move, the Audi e-tron is electrifying. Its expressive sill area, the electric tailboard, platinum gray Singleframe and the orange accents on the e-tron fender badging and brake calipers are indicators of the high-voltage technology that makes for a special driving experience. The electric SUV is powered by two powerful electric motors delivering power to the four wheels through an all-new electric quattro. Audi e-tron also exclusively features the virtual exterior mirrors which once again exhibit the digitalization and technological prowess of the Audi brand which can be experienced at all Audi touch points in addition to the products.
