The campaign is initiated to provide additional safeguard against the rare possibility of moisture entering the belt-driven starter-alternator which may lead to local overheating in the component.
The activity is specific to 186 customers of Audi A6 vehicles, which were manufactured from 2019 up to and including 2020.
The necessary work required will be performed free of charge and will take approximately 2Hr.
