Concept study

Audi Pikes Peak quattro

Audi presented the Audi Pikes Peak quattro concept study at the 2003 Detroit Motor Show. A sporty, progressive crossover vehicle for all roads and moderate off-road use. A study that offered a glance into the future of the Audi brand's sporty cars thanks to its virtues of dynamism, elegance and comfort.

V8 FSI twin turbo

The twin-turbo FSI engine with petrol direct injection draws 368 kW (500 bhp) from eight cylinders with a peak torque of 630 Nm.

Running gear

Permanent quattro four-wheel drive, adaptive air suspension, EDL and ESP ensure maximum directional stability and excellent traction.

Exterior Design

The Audi Pikes Peak quattro is notable for its discreetly elegant proportions, generously sweeping, clearly mapped lines and muscularly taut expansive surfaces.

Powerful 21-inch "twin-spoke" wheels, which effectively looks like two 5-arm star pattern rims one behind the other, testify to its dynamic capabilities.

4+2 seat concept

The perfect balance between luxury and functionality is depicted by the maximum seating comfort for six passengers and room for up to 1950 litres of luggage.

3D laser cockpit

Instruments in 3D laser look provide ultra-clear legibility even in difficult light conditions. The raised centre console accentuates the sporty yet elegant interior.
