Manufacturing the electrically powered gran turismo in the Böllinger Höfe, close to Neckarsulm, is where attention to detail meets precision and quality.
Focused on aesthetic driving dynamics
In the Audi RS e-tron GT², everything is focused on the functional center of the interior: the driver’s position.
The geometry of acceleration
The sculptural design unites the dynamic proportions of a gran turismo with the unmistakeable characteristics of an Audi RS model.
Sportiness and exclusivity fuse
The optional carbon roof is made of a carbon-fibre-reinforced polymer. The high-tech material is very stable while also being extremely lightweight.
Electrifying start
A vehicle with the potential to fascinate is the edition one limited equipment combination for the first customers of the Audi RS e-tron GT².

Universal presence
This ambition – to reinterpret a car – is also reflected in the purist design, which is inspired by aerodynamic performance. Progressive luxury provides the impetus to further intensify a driving experience brimming with emotion. Characteristic: RS emblems with the red rhombus.
Precise finish
The boldly sculpted shoulder line and the distinctive rear diffuser give an impression of impressive strength. The gently sloping roofline that extends well into the rear of the Audi RS e-tron GT² expresses the vehicle’s urgency to move forward even while it is stationary.
Pure and precise
Striking accents mark its key features. For instance, the vehicle’s low centre of gravity becomes visible thanks to accentuated sills and the long wheelbase.
Animated light strip
Another animated light strip stretches across the full width of the rear, framed at its outer edges by individual V-shaped LED segments within the lighting units themselves. This double reversing light and indicator function is a first for Audi.
Lighting the way to dynamic progress
The optional matrix LED headlights with Audi laser light are a fundamental aspect of a progressive design language. One unmistakable statement is the light signature with the blue X element of the Audi laser light, from where the dynamic light sequencing sees a wave of light extend horizontally.

Dynamic expression: The RS design packages
The RS design package, red adds striking accents to the vehicle interior through contrasting stitching in express red. The RS design package, grey underscores the design of the vehicle interior through a combination of high-quality interior materials and subtle contrasting stitching in steel grey.
The formula for progress
The 800-volt lithium-ion battery integrated into the flat underbody, offers extremely high performance – both when charging and when driving. In combination with the recuperation system, it provides a range of up to 472 km according to the WLTP measurement procedure.

RS in a new dimension
The power delivery that the Audi RS e-tron GT² offers with its fully electric quattro all-wheel drive is impressive. With an electric drive on both the front and rear axles, it can deliver up to 440 kW of power (Electrical consumption combined in kWh/100 km¹: 20.2-19.3 (NEDC); 22.5-20.6 (WLTP); CO₂ emissions combined in g/km¹: 0).
Increased driving dynamics and agility
An optional high-performance brake system with either tungsten-carbide-coated or carbon-fibre-reinforced ceramic brake discs provides compelling braking.
The fascinating effects of technological innovations
Depending on the driving situation, the aerodynamics can be actively adjusted, by way of two settings for the rear wing as well as the cooling air inlets at the front.
Functional and attractive – the wheels

Battery charging time can vary depending on a number of factors, including ambient temperature, use of country specific connectors, and use of the preconditioning feature (for example, remote vehicle air conditioning). When using household connectors, the e-tron charging system limits the charging capacity.
3
For charging with alternating current, Audi recommends charging the battery at high voltage at industrial sockets, charging stations or a wall charger. This method is more efficient and much faster than charging from a household outlet. Avoid regularly recharging your vehicle from household power outlets using the e-tron (compact and connect) mobile charging system if you have access to an industrial alternating current (AC) electrical outlet or public AC charging station. or CC. The load capacity depends on the type of connector to the mains, the voltage used by the country, the number of phases available on the electrical network and the installation available to the customer at home. In some cases, it may be lower.
4
The e-tron Charging Service can only be used for Audi brand electric models (valid vehicle identification number required). Access throughout Europe: The e-tron Charging Service is available in 26 European countries. It is planned to make it available in other countries. The number of available charging stations is constantly growing, but it varies from country to country and depends on the degree of expansion of the existing infrastructure. There is no right of access to all charging stations in a given country. AUDI AG does not guarantee the operation, availability, loading capacity and other properties of the loading infrastructure. The information relating to the location of the charging stations is updated regularly; there is no obligation to provide complete information. The e-tron Charging Service customer card can only be used on the network 24 hours after activation of the card. The card can be used within the first 24 hours, if applicable, depending on local restrictions. Authentication via the myAudi app (QR code on the charging station) requires an active radio and internet connection. This authentication method is not available in all charging stations. Prices are harmonized within each European country, but may vary from the price offered in Germany. You can find the latest information available on prices and contracts for your country at www.e-tron.charging-service.audi. When concluding your e-tron Charging Service contract, only the costs of electricity apply: Audi bears the cost of the monthly charge for the Transit tariff during the first year. After the first year, the contract is automatically extended for 12 months (without any notice), and monthly fees apply. Information on prices and conditions is available on the website www.e-tron.charging-service.audi

Recommended On-The-Road (OTR) retail prices shown are based on the current 2016/2017 VED rate and will be updated on 1 April 2017 to the new 2017/18 VED tax
As outlined in the Chancellor of the Exchequer’s 2015 budget, the way Vehicle Excise Duty (VED) is calculated will change from Friday 1 April 2017 for the majority of vehicles. The first licence will continue to be calculated using the vehicle’s CO2 value, but subsequent licences will be based on a standard rate of £140. Vehicles with a list price exceeding £40,000 (including factory installed options, delivery charge, number plates and VAT) will pay an additional £310 plus the standard annual rate for a 5 year period. After the 5 year period only the standard rate will apply.
